Are Arlana’s Gourmet Cookies products certified Kosher?

Unfortunately, we are not certified kosher currently, however all the ingredients we use are kosher.

Are any of your products sugar-free?

Sorry! Currently none of our products are sugar-free. We have not yet found a suitable all-natural substitute for pure cane sugar.

Are Arlana’s Gourmet Cookies products handmade?

Yes, our bakers make all the cookie dough by hand, and hand scoop.

What makes Arlana’s Gourmet Cookies different than other cookies?

Each variety is not overly sweet to give you a head rush. 😊  They have the right amount of sugar. Not to mention, our Cookie Pops are like no other!

We use only the finest ingredients of the highest quality in all our products. In addition, we do not use any preservatives. In addition, you can keep the decorations long after the cookies are done!

How do I place an order?

What do I do with damaged or missing products?

All claims for damaged or missing products must be filed with Arlana’s Gourmet Cookies within 4 business days of delivery of your order. Please call us at 844.384.4407 or click “Contact Us” to file a claim. Arlana’s Gourmet Cookies is not responsible for missing packages and damaged products resulting from errors made by the shipping carrier, but we will be happy to assist you in filing your claim.
 

What is your return policy?

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee or your money back. All credit card refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within four (4) business days upon notification and if required, receipt of the returned merchandise.

How long will the products retain its freshness?

Our products are ALL natural which means they do not contain artificial ingredients or preservatives!

Can the products be frozen to keep longer?

Yes, they freeze well for 4 months. When you are ready to serve, thaw at room temperature for approximately one hour.

Who do you use for a shipping carrier?

We ship all our packages via USPS.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Yes, please call us at 844.384.4407 for a shipping quote to place an international order. (This includes Canada).

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes, please call us at 844.384.4407 for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

Which days do you ship?

We ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

How do I track my package?

We send a Tracking Number when your product is shipped. You can quickly go to USPS to track your package.

When will my order shipped?

All Orders placed before 10:00 AM PST will ship the same day Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Orders placed on weekends or after 10:00 AM Thursday are shipped the following Tuesday.

Where are the orders shipped from?

The orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California.

Can I pick up my order?

No, not currently.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Order are shipped the same day if received by 10AM PST. Transit time is anywhere between 1-5 business days (excluding International Shipments). For the shipping map click “Shipping Policy“.

We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners.
 
Please note, if a customer’s credit card is declined more than 2 times, there will be a $10 processing fee for every subsequent time it is declined.
